Carriage House Suites
A Private Oasis
Both of our Carriage House Suites are the only accommodations to boast views of both the Pond and the salt marsh Cove. In addition to living, kitchen and dining areas, these beautifully appointed one bedroom suites feature a furnished deck with deep soaking tub (open seasonally). The Carriage House Suites provide a luxurious place to stay. Located just across the way from the swimming pool, fitness center and the Inn, they feature private entrances and are designed to be the ultimate private retreat.
Additional Information
Suites are equipped with king-sized, feather top beds, sleeper sofas, kitchen area and breakfast table and chairs, laundry facilities, upholstered furniture, and luxurious bath amenities with generously sized showers and double sinks.
Each suite offers its own enclosed, furnished deck with sitting area and deep soaking tub (available for use seasonally).
Their seclusion and many comforts make them ideal for special occasions.
Each Carriage House Suites sleeps up to four people. Additional guests and pets are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
Stays September 10th through June 21st:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their deposit less a $250 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
Stays June 22nd through September 9th:
- Cancellations made more than 45 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their deposit less a $250 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 45 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
Reservations
Deposit Policy:
Stays September 10th through June 21st:
- A deposit of 35% of the stay is required at teh time of booking for all reservations, which goes towards your charges on departure.
Stays June 22nd through September 9th:
- For stays booked more than 45 days before arrival, we require a deposit of 35% of the stay at the time of booking, which goes towards your charges upon departure.
- 45 days prior to your arrival, the remaining 65% of the stay would then be charged to the credit card associated with the reservation, which goes towards your charges upon departure.
- For stays booked less than 45 days before arrival, we require the entire length of stay be paid in full.
Inn Policies
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. | Check-out is 12:00 p.m.
Cancellation Policy:

Stays September through June:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their one-night rate deposit less a $150 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
Stays Last week of June thru First Week of September:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their deposit less a $250 administrative fee
- Cancellations made 60-31 days prior to the arrival day will forfeit their full 35% deposit.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
