Fenway Suites
A Private Oasis
Each of the three Fenway Suites has its own enclosed, furnished deck with deep soaking tub (open seasonally). With panoramic views of Quonochontaug Pond, the Fenway Suites provide the ultimate place to stay in Rhode Island. Located above the swimming pool and fitness center separate from the Inn’s main building, each of the three Fenway Suites is designed as a private retreat.

Each suite offers its own enclosed, furnished deck with sitting area and deep soaking tub (available for use seasonally).
Please note that Fenway Suites are double occupancy only. Additional guests, children and pets are not permitted.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. | Check-out is 12:00 p.m.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
Stays September 10th through June 21st:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their one-night rate deposit less a $250 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
Stays June 22nd through September 9th:
- Cancellations made more than 45 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their deposit less a $250 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 45 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
Reservations
Deposit Policy:
Stays September 10th through June 21st:
- A deposit of 35% of the stay is required at teh time of booking for all reservations, which goes towards your charges on departure.
Stays June 22nd through September 9th:
- For stays booked more than 45 days before arrival, we require a deposit of 35% of the stay at the time of booking, which goes towards your charges upon departure.
- 45 days prior to your arrival, the remaining 65% of the stay would then be charged to the credit card associated with the reservation, which goes towards your charges upon departure.
- For stays booked less than 45 days before arrival, we require the entire length of stay be paid in full.

Stays Last week of June thru First Week of September:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their deposit less a $250 administrative fee
- Cancellations made 60-31 days prior to the arrival day will forfeit their full 35% deposit.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
