Cove View One-Bedroom Suite

Cove View One-Bedroom Suites offer a king-sized bed fitted with luxurious linens, premium bath products, approximately 450-500 square feet of space and a separate living area with a daybed or sofa bed. Although all rooms offer air conditioning, windows open to allow fresh breezes to circulate.

Cove View Superior Queen
Guest rooms in this category offer a queen-sized bed fitted with luxurious linens, premium bath products and approximately 230 square feet of space. Although all rooms offer air conditioning, windows open to allow fresh breezes to circulate.
Like the furnishings in each of the rooms, the upholstery, quilt and braided rugs are custom designed; the decorative pillows and headboard have a pattern evocative of the sea, land, or sky around you, distinguishing your room from others. The furniture is a combination of vintage maple pieces from the old Inn and modern pieces designed to fit the room’s unique dimensions.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
Stays September 10th through June 21st:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their one-night rate deposit less a $250 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
Stays June 22nd through September 9th:
- Cancellations made more than 45 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their deposit less a $250 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 45 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.

- Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
Stays Last week of June thru First Week of September:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their deposit less a $250 administrative fee
- Cancellations made 60-31 days prior to the arrival day will forfeit their full 35% deposit.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
