Signature Suites
Luxurious comfort, spacious accommodations.
Each of our beautifully appointed, residence-style Rhode Island Signature Suites offers approximately 1,800 square feet of space and expansive views of Quonochontaug Pond, the Atlantic Ocean, and Weekapaug village through windows on three sides. Ideal for families and those seeking longer stays, each hotel suite offers a full kitchen, large dining area, den/library with gas fireplace, pullout queen sleeper sofa and laundry facilities. Primary and guest bedrooms feature king beds and en suite bathrooms, with a luxurious soaking tub in the master bathroom.
Offering ultimate privacy, each Signature Suite can be reached by private stairway via keyed access to your own dedicated elevator.
Great Egret Suite
As with all of our Signature Suites, this expansive second floor suite offers splendid views of Quonochontaug Pond, the Atlantic Ocean and Weekapaug village through windows on three sides. In addition to the features and amenities mentioned above, the Great Egret Suite has a large, south-facing deck with impressive views of Weekapaug Yacht Club’s harbor and the Atlantic Ocean across to Block Island. Both bedrooms feature king sized beds with luxurious linens and en-suite bathrooms with top-of-the-line bath amenities. A pullout sleeper sofa in the den provides a queen sized sleeping area, and an additional bedroom can be added by reserving the adjacent Cove View Deluxe guest room.
The Great Egret Suite effortlessly combines vintage pieces and modern amenities. Serene blue walls and brown upholstered accents complete the space.
Green Heron Suite
The Green Heron Suite enjoys panoramas that extend from Quonnie Pond to the east, over the Weekapaug Yacht Club and the barrier beach to the Atlantic Ocean to the south.
Located on the third floor, the Green Heron Suite offers splendid views of Quonochontaug Pond, the Atlantic Ocean and Weekapaug village through windows on three sides. In addition to the features and amenities mentioned above, this signature suite offers an extra sink. Two windows on the east-facing wall pull open into the room, creating a covered outdoor space within the suite. Both bedrooms feature king sized beds with luxurious linens and en suite bathrooms with top-of-the-line bath amenities. A pullout sleeper sofa in the den provides an additional queen sized sleeping area.
Furnishings are a combination of vintage Inn pieces and modern upholstery, accessories, and custom made textiles.
Osprey Suite
The largest of our signature suites by square footage, the Osprey Suite is located on the third floor and offers splendid views of Quonochontaug Pond, the Atlantic Ocean and Weekapaug village through windows on three sides. In addition to the features and amenities mentioned above, the Osprey Suite includes a powder room and double sinks in both bathrooms. Both bedrooms feature king-sized beds with luxurious linens and en suite bathrooms with top-of-the-line bath amenities. A pullout sleeper sofa in the den provides an additional queen-sized sleeping area. A pleasing, neutral palette runs throughout the suite.
Piping Plover Suite
Furnishings in the Piping Plover Suite are a combination of vintage pieces and modern upholstery, accessories and custom made textiles. Lovely cream colored walls and striking red accents run throughout.
Additional Information
Each suite offers a full kitchen and laundry, making them perfect for extended stays.
Signature Suite guests may take advantage of a complimentary in-room bar featuring locally sourced spirits.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
Stays September 10th through June 21st:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their one-night rate deposit less a $250 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
Stays June 22nd through September 9th:
- Cancellations made more than 45 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their deposit less a $250 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 45 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
Reservations
Deposit Policy:
Stays September 10th through June 21st:
- A deposit of 35% of the stay is required at teh time of booking for all reservations, which goes towards your charges on departure.
Stays June 22nd through September 9th:
- For stays booked more than 45 days before arrival, we require a deposit of 35% of the stay at the time of booking, which goes towards your charges upon departure.
- 45 days prior to your arrival, the remaining 65% of the stay would then be charged to the credit card associated with the reservation, which goes towards your charges upon departure.
- For stays booked less than 45 days before arrival, we require the entire length of stay be paid in full.

Each suite offers a full kitchen and laundry, making them perfect for extended stays.
Their seclusion and many comforts make them ideal for special occasions.
Signature Suite guests may take advantage of a complimentary in-room bar featuring locally sourced spirits.

- Cancellations made more than 60 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their deposit less a $250 administrative fee
- Cancellations made 60-31 days prior to the arrival day will forfeit their full 35% deposit.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
