Getting here has never been easier, whether you choose to travel by car, plane or train. If you live close to any city along the Northeast Corridor—even as far away as Washington DC—Amtrak stops in Westerly, Rhode Island, just a few minutes from the Inn. Our staff can arrange transportation from the train station, as well as for guests arriving at Westerly Airport via private aircraft or regional service, or from T.F. Green Airport in Warwick, Rhode Island—45 minutes away. Two Tesla charging connectors, up to 16kW, are also available exclusively for Inn patrons.

Driving from Boston
Take Route 93 South. Merge onto Route I-95 South towards Providence, Rhode Island. Take a slight left onto RI-4 / Col Rodman Highway towards North Kingstown. Continue onto US-1 South / Tower Hill Road, and continue to follow signs for US-1 South for 23.8 miles. Turn left onto Rhode Island 1 A South / Shore Road / US-1 Scenic South. Drive 1 mile and at the first stop light, turn left onto Weekapaug Road. Continue onto Wawaloam Drive. Wawaloam Drive turns slightly right and becomes Spray Rock Road. Follow Spray Rock Road until you arrive at Weekapaug Inn.
Driving from New York
Take Route I-95 North to Exit 92 in Connecticut (North Stonington / Pawcatuck exit). Turn right onto Liberty Street and, after driving close to 1.5 miles, merge onto Route 78 East towards beaches. Turn left on Post Road, drive 2.1 miles and turn right onto Dunns Corner Road / Langworthy Road / Old Shore Road. Continue straight through the stop light onto Weekapaug Road. Continue onto Wawaloam Drive. Wawaloam Drive turns slightly right and becomes Spray Rock Road. Follow Spray Rock Road until you arrive at Weekapaug Inn.
A car-less option
If you live along the Northeast Corridor between Washington DC and Boston, getting here on Amtrak makes the trip carefree—and car-free. Our guest relations staff can arrange for shuttle transportation to and from the train station in Westerly. Once you arrive, activities at Ocean House are a shuttle ride away. Our Bathhouse fulfills all your needs for gear for spending the day on our beach. Our inventory of watercraft can take you anywhere on the pond you’d like to go. Should you wish to travel farther afield, borrow a bicycle from the Inn’s fleet, or secure one of our fleet of BMW 7-series sedans to cruise the area and take in some of the local attractions. Even a muddy trek through the pond is possible; borrow Wellies and outerwear from our well-stocked Hunter Closet—another complimentary service for your carefree weekend—or longer—stay at Weekapaug.
Weekapaug Inn has partnered with Wings Air to provide our guests convenient helicopter service to Westerly Airport from all points in the Northeast. Wings Air will pick you up and deliver you to your Rhode island coastal getaway quickly and comfortably.
