Weekapaug Wellness programming features a variety of specialized “Healing Arts” opportunities for guests to elevate, rejuvenate and embody unique self inquiry. The atmosphere at the Inn provides an exceptional landscape to simplify, to connect with ones truth, and to inspire and cultivate growth. Feel the support of the elements, rituals and attuned guides during your stay. The elements: earth, air, fire & water are manifested in each of us. This modern world often requires us to set reminders, to wake up on time, schedule appointments and so on. Can you relate? Are alarms needed to remember who you are, to be in nature, breathe consciously and nourish your soul? Imagine waking up with the sun and living in harmony. The special programming below will help you….

 

Yoga

Stretch and move the physical body with a blend of dynamic and therapeutic alignments.

“Ground down” with guided mindfulness to bring your awareness into the body. Rise on up and move through space with various postures based on the season, and conclude with restorative stretches and deep relaxation.

Meditation

Focus and settle the mental body through a series of guided awareness practices.

Practice the art of concentration and power of breath. Study your awareness and acceptance of thoughts and feelings that arise. Be present, and live in the moment.

Sound Journeys

Welcome the New Moon

The new moon is a time to reset and begin again. This experience is designed to help you clear out the body, settle the mind, and create space for simple intention setting—like turning over the soil before planting a new seed. We’ll move through an intentional yoga practice to open the body, followed by breathwork, guided meditation, and simple intention-setting. From there, you’ll have time to unwind and integrate with a sound bath.

Includes: Intuitive movement. Breathwork and guided awareness. Intention-setting. Sound bath.

Held monthly on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.

Welcome the Full Moon with a Yoga Sound Journey

This experience is designed to help you slow down, release what’s been building, and settle deeply into rest. We’ll begin with a simple guided check-in, including an opportunity to name what you’re ready to release. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative experience where yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and sound are woven together—supporting the body and mind in fully letting go. The evening closes in deep rest, supported by crystal bowls, chimes, and gong to encourage release and integration.

Includes: Guided reflection and release, Yoga nidra + integrated sound journey, extended sound bath elements (crystal bowls, chimes, gong), deep rest experience.

Held monthly on Sundays at 6:15 p.m.

CUSTOM SOUND BATH

A unique experience for weddings, corporate events, and private parties.

Imagine being soothed by the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes in a deep listening experience. Take comfort in deep relaxation infused with group healing energy to assist you in alignment with your highest and best timeline.
