Pond View Deluxe
Pond View One-Bedroom Suite
Pond View One-Bedroom Suites offer a king-sized bed fitted with luxurious linens, premium bath products, approximately 460-570 square feet of space and a separate living area with a daybed or sofa bed. Delight in stunning pond views while enjoying snacks or room service around the breakfast table. All of our hotel rooms offer air conditioning, and the windows of these rooms open to offer beautiful waterside views and to allow fresh pond breezes to circulate.
Additional Information
Our first-floor Pond View Suite offers a private terrace with direct outdoor access. Our third-floor Pond View Suite offers two bathrooms with showers.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
Stays September 10th through June 21st:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their one-night rate deposit less a $250 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
Stays June 22nd through September 9th:
- Cancellations made more than 45 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their deposit less a $250 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 45 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.

Reservations can be made online using the “Book Now” button above or by contacting Destination Services at 855.679.2995.
Deposit Policy:
Stays September 10th through June 21st:
- A deposit of 35% of the stay is required at teh time of booking for all reservations, which goes towards your charges on departure.
Stays June 22nd through September 9th:
- For stays booked more than 45 days before arrival, we require a deposit of 35% of the stay at the time of booking, which goes towards your charges upon departure.
- 45 days prior to your arrival, the remaining 65% of the stay would then be charged to the credit card associated with the reservation, which goes towards your charges upon departure.
- For stays booked less than 45 days before arrival, we require the entire length of stay be paid in full.
