THE EXPERIENCE

Guests arrive into a magical scene created close to the water, to dine in an open-air pavilion with serene views all around. This intimate dining experience, priced for four guests, offers a menu of pond-to-plate or pasture-to-plate specialties paired perfectly with Louis Roederer champagnes.

Seatings available June 9 – September 29. Four (4) guests per seating.
• LUNCH: Daily, 12:00 p.m. seating
• DINNER: Nightly, 6:00 p.m. and 8:30. p.m. seating

About Louis Roederer:

Louis Roederer is one of the last great independent and family-run Champagne houses, founded in 1776. The cuvées of the House of Louis Roederer are the fruit of patient work with fundamental ingredients, the collaboration of experts, a quest for the perfect balance, and hardy and generous grapes, cultivated in the Champagne soil, producing a wine with a summery character and crystalline elegance.

A portion of proceeds from Pondhouse will benefit the Ocean House Fund for Charitable Giving. Reservations are required and pre-payment must be made at booking.
